Oftentimes when clients are making moves later in life, they need assistance with downsizing and strategizing what to do with a lifetime of treasures. We have gathered a team of experts to help with this daunting chore in order to streamline the process in a way that honors the emotions that may accompany those decisions.
Finding inventory that fits the variety of needs our senior clients may have (eg: single level or master on the main, close to family members, low maintenance) can mean getting creative in our city of vintage single-family homes. We brainstorm as a team to make sure we have turned over every rock and keep close tabs on neighborhoods and communities that fit this bill.
